Choose your platform to download.

1. Save the download to your Desktop or your Downloads folder.
2. Launch the downloaded program. It may be located in your “Downloads” folder or where you saved it.
3. After running the program, give the 9-digit number to your Shring team member.
4. When your Support Session is complete and you see that we have disconnected, be sure to quit the program. This ensures your computer cannot be remotely accessed anymore until you run the program and explicitly grant permission again.
